Billed annually that is $12/month per user — 20% less than monthly. Change seats up or down at any time.
Cancelling stops the team services. Your local data, workspaces and memory are untouched, and team memory and audit logs stay exportable until the retention window closes.
Questions
Does Personal expire, or turn into something paid?+
No. It has no expiry, no seat limit and no feature that turns off. It is the same binary as Business; Business adds team services that run on our side.
Does XR phone home to check my licence?+
No. A Business licence is a signed token verified against a public key compiled into the app, so verification is entirely offline. There is no periodic check-in, no heartbeat and no kill switch, and uninstalling the network would not change how XR behaves.
What happens to my team's data if we stop paying?+
It stops being synchronised. Team memory and the audit log stay exportable — plaintext JSON and CSV, self-serve — and nothing happens on a schedule: erasure is by request (privacy@xr.rrrtx.ai, subject “Data Rights Request”), confirmed by email once done. We do not keep a copy to win you back.
Do you use my data to train anything?+
No. Managed model calls are proxied to the provider you chose and metered; the prompt is not stored and there is no training set. The audit log records which model was used and how many tokens it cost — never what you asked.
Can I self-host the control plane?+
Yes. The cloud service ships as a container with a docker-compose file and a documented Postgres schema. Our hosted instance is the same code. It is a real deployment, not a toy — but it is your burden, and the docs say so plainly.
Is there analytics on this website?+
No. No third-party scripts, no pixels, no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to. We read server logs.
Is XR open-source?+
Yes — MIT-licensed, all of it, including this release. XR sells a hosted service for teams, not a different build of the software. Nothing that runs on your machine is behind a licence check, and the source for every feature you already use stays open.
Which editors are supported?+
VS Code, Neovim, JetBrains IDEs, Zed, Cursor, and Windsurf all have first-party extensions. The CLI works anywhere.
